OUR SHIPPING RATES
Our domestic and international shipping charges are based on the most current rates adopted by the U.S. Postal Service. Due to recent changes in rates by the US Postal Service, we have had to adjust our rates. In some cases, rates have decreased and in other cases rates have increased. We strive to provide the best shipping rates that are available to us. Please contact us with any questions.
Orders Shipped Within The United States
For orders shipped within the United States, we charge $6.50 for shipping for the first item ordered. For orders of 2-8 items, we charge a flat $13.00. For orders of 9-10 items, we charge a flat $17.00. For any orders larger than 10 items, please contact us directly at admin@theatreorganarrangements.com for the best shipping rates.
Orders Shipped To Canada
For orders shipped to Canada, we charge $14.00 for the first item, and an additional $6.00 per item up to 3 items. For orders of 4 or more items, international priority shipping rates apply. Please contact us directly for the best shipping rates.
Orders Shipped Outside The United States and Canada
For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada, we charge $21.00 for one item, $30.50 for two items, and $38.00 for three items. For orders of 4 or more items, international priority shipping rates apply. Please contact us directly for the best shipping rates.
RETURN POLICY
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied in all respects with any books that you purchase at TheatreOrganArrangements.com.
1. Damage
If your book has been damaged in shipment, we will be happy to replace your copy of the book free of charge upon our receipt of the damaged copy. Please contact us as soon as possible at admin@theatreorganarrangements.com so that we can arrange to replace the book for you.
2. Other
If you are dissatisfied with a book you have purchased from us, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price if you return the book to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receiving the book from us. We can only issue a refund if the book is in its original condition and without any markings, earmarked pages, or other damage. Our cost of shipping the book to you is not refundable.
